Case study 1 – The Gallery, Peabody

Set within one of London’s most creative communities, Peabody has launched a collection of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments.

Quintessence provided an interactive apartment finder on a tablet that when touched  illuminates plots on a 3D printed physical model produced by Hobbs.

The outcome, an easy to use updateable Quintessence QT Pad system that is robust and proven for enhancing sales.

Case study 2 - Paintworks, Crest Nicholson

The Paintworks by Crest Nicholson, an award winning property development,  required interactive marketing suite services to aid the sales and marketing initiatives for their vibrant mixed-use development in Bristol.

In conjunction with ‘Marketing is Key’, Quintessence produced a custom interactive presentation software used on three tablet devices and a wall mounted multi touch display.  Quintessence software system provided a 360 rotation of the entire development and the interactive drill down into video and floor plan content for each of the key phases of the development with the ability to compare and contrast floor plan details quickly by touch.

The solution provided the sales advisors with interactive tools to demonstrate a complex development resulting in securing sales at the development.

Case study 3 – Barking Riverside, L&Q

Located along the banks of the River Thames, covering 443 acres, Barking Riverside includes 10,800 new homes, provision for 65,000 square metres of commercial floor space for shopping, restaurants, cafés, community and leisure facilities, healthcare and schools.

L&Q required an interactive experience to demonstrate the masterplan, the development phases and the amenities of the scheme.

Quintessence provided an interactive 3D rotation and drill down to pop up information about the development phases integrated into 65” multi touch displays built into custom pods integrated within their marketing suites.

Sales representatives having the benefit of demonstrating a masterplan development and individual floor plans which they could compare and contrast with the ability to zoom into the detail of specific plots.

Royal Albert Wharf is one of Notting Hill Housing’s flagship developments for which we employed Quintessence to provide all the interactive tech in the sales suite.
