Case study 1 – BBC

The BBC required meeting POD’s for their connected meeting spaces at their HQ in London.

Quintessence provided tablet environmental control to the Fans and Lighting in each of the Pods providing their staff with the ability to personalise their environmental settings via a mounted tablet.

By providing better working conditions and wellbeing, the technology led to increased performance.

Case study 3 - FREM Group

Frem Group required a meeting room booking system for their POD and meeting room spaces to manage bookings and analyses and report on space optimisation.

Quintessence provided their Intevi solution which included meeting room booking via mounted tablets, Office 365 integration for web and mobile booking, room sensing and wayfinding interactive display.  

The solution providing a seamless connected facility between the USA showroom and the UK showroom.

Royal Albert Wharf is one of Notting Hill Housing’s flagship developments for which we employed Quintessence to provide all the interactive tech in the sales suite.
